Office Angels is recruiting an Outbound Customer Success Advisor for a client in Salford. You will work in a high-volume call environment, guiding customers through reward claims and onboarding processes from the head office.

Role involves following up with customers after product installation, resolving issues, and maintaining CRM records. Full-time, office-based, 9am-5pm, 13.33 per hour, ASAP start with potential extension.

Mansioni

• Make outbound calls to engage customers who onboarding but have not claimed rewards.
• Assist customers facing onboarding issues to complete the process.
• Conduct post-installation satisfaction checks and gather feedback.
• Log issues accurately in the CRM and escalate where needed.
• Progress quotes by obtaining required information from customers.
• Follow up with unresponsive customers to gather missing details.
• Record interactions and outcomes in the CRM clearly.
