Job summary
Henkel is seeking a data-driven Analyst for an Order-to-Cash and Customer Experience role in the UK. You will transform data into actionable insights, collaborate with CSX, supply chain and business teams, and drive automation and continuous improvement using SAP, Power BI and AI-enabled analytics.
You will develop regional dashboards, monitor KPIs, and provide timely analytics to support decisions while ensuring an outstanding customer experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years in data analytics or similar roles.
- Experience in Customer Service, Order-to-Cash or Supply Chain preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with AI-enabled analytics and automation is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Transform data into actionable insights to support decisions.
- Develop regional dashboards and analytics in collaboration with CSX/CoE.
- Monitor KPIs and provide timely information to improve CX.
- Identify automation opportunities and support data quality initiatives.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and provide analytic consultancy.
