Job summary

Serco is hiring an Order to Cash Analyst in Hook, Hampshire. The role sits within the Group Finance Services team and reports to the OTC Manager, supporting daily OTC operations and collaborating with offshore BPO partners to ensure compliant, efficient finance processes.

You will analyse performance, resolve control issues and drive process improvements, contributing to finance transformation in a large international function. Hybrid 3 days on-site per week.

Qualifications

• End-to-end Order to Cash experience in large or complex organisations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with offshore BPO providers is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel; knowledge of SAP is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day OTC operations and coordinate with offshore BPO partner.
• Review SLAs, KPIs, and performance; identify improvements.
• Analyse monthly controls and resolve observed issues.
• Assist in driving finance transformation and standardisation.
