Job summary

Chanel London is seeking a Business Process Analyst for the Order-to-Cash domain as part of the D365 Finance & Operations transformation. You will support process analysis, documentation, testing, data validation and release readiness in a global context.

Working with senior Global O2C leads and regional teams, you will help ensure standardized processes, governance, and effective stakeholder communications throughout the ERP rollout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, SCM, IS or related field is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance operations, business process analysis or ERP support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and UAT.
• Experience with data validation, reporting and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end O2C process transformation using D365 F&O.
• Assist in requirements gathering, documentation, testing and UAT coordination.
• Validate integrations between ERP modules and external systems.
• Develop training materials and process documentation to drive adoption.
• Collaborate with Global O2C, Tech, and regional teams on governance and releases.
