Job summary

Chanel is seeking a Business Process Analyst for Global O2C transformation in London. You will support end-to-end O2C process analysis, documentation, testing and continuous improvement as part of the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations rollout.

You will work with Senior O2C leads, Global Tech and regional teams to ensure process alignment, data validation and effective stakeholder communication throughout the deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance operations, ERP projects, or transformation.
• Experience with Order-to-Cash processes is preferred.
• Ability to support UAT activities, testing, data validation and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support D365 F&O across the Order-to-Cash lifecycle including sales order, stock fulfilment, billing and collections.
• Coordinate and validate UAT, test scenarios, defects and release readiness.
• Document requirements, process flows and governance materials; support knowledge transfer and training.
• Collaborate with Global Tech and regional teams on system updates, interface integration and issue resolution.
