Job summary

Coca‑Cola HBC in Lisburn, Northern Ireland, seeks an experienced OT Technology Leader to manage and coordinate OT systems for the BU. You will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth OT operations, manage incidents, changes and problems, and drive asset management initiatives.

The role emphasizes OT/IT convergence, security, and local service management, partnering with Cybersecurity and MxDR teams to strengthen defenses and align with global platform standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering.
• 5+ years in OT/IT manufacturing environments (incident & change mgmt).
• Experience with OT systems (ICS/SCADA/PLCs) and OT devices.
• Strong network and architecture understanding (switches, firewalls, segmentation).
• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy).
• Knowledge of OT cybersecurity standards and vulnerability management.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the 2nd-level OT incident contact, coordinating with third parties and internal teams.
• Oversee OPEX/CAPEX change processes and update the OT CMDB.
• Manage onboarding of OT devices to OT AD and lifecycle of OT apps.
• Lead local security assessments and coordinate with MxDR to resolve incidents.
• Drive local OT/IT convergence initiatives and represent Platform at BU level.
• Lead BU-level Change Management, aligning OT and IT processes.
• Create and publish OT Knowledge Articles, incl. ISA-95 diagrams and system designs.
• Ensure OT assets and applications for plants in scope are managed per Platform roadmap.
• Lead vulnerability management and patching activities with Cybersecurity teams.
