Job summary

Diageo is seeking an Operational Technology Cyber Resilience Lead to drive the OT cyber resilience programme across global manufacturing sites. You will own the strategy, engage with Operations Directors and OT Leads, and embed resilience across the Digital & Automation team.

The role requires strong leadership, change-management experience, and deep knowledge of OT cyber protection using international standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, able to tailor messages to audience including technical experts and senior management.
• Experience embedding robust processes and governance.
• Proven track record in change management and programme execution.

Responsibilities

• Own and embed the OT cyber resilience strategy aligned with the OT Cyber Security Governance Strategy.
• Support sites in implementing OT Cyber Resilience plans.
• Build training and awareness programmes to build organisational capability.
• Lead site stakeholder engagement from OT Leads to Operations Directors.
• Communicate technical risks and mitigation plans; secure funding when needed.
• Develop reporting metrics/dashboards to reflect programme effectiveness.
