Coca-Cola HBC seeks an experienced OT Technology Leader to manage OT systems for its BU level operations in Lisburn. You will coordinate incident handling, changes, and asset management while driving OT/IT convergence and cybersecurity across the local OT landscape.

You will lead local security assessments, manage OT devices and apps, and collaborate with group stakeholders to optimize operational efficiency and compliance with standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in OT or IT manufacturing environments with incident and change management.
• Experience with OT systems (ICS, SCADA, PLCs) and managing OT devices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for coordinating local teams and vendors.
• Knowledge of OT cybersecurity standards and best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary 2nd-level OT incident contact, coordinating escalation and resolution.
• Oversee local OPEX and CAPEX change processes and update the OT CMDB.
• Manage onboarding of OT devices to OT Active Directory and lifecycle of OT applications.
• Lead local security assessments and collaborate with MxDR to resolve OT incidents.
• Drive local OT/IT convergence and ensure Platform pillars and products are implemented.
• Lead BU-level Change Management, aligning OT and IT with Platform processes.
• Create, publish and maintain OT Knowledge Articles (KAs) including ISA-95 diagrams.
• Drive vulnerability management and patching for OT assets at BU level.
