Job summary

Diageo is seeking an Operational Technology Cyber Resilience Lead to shape and drive the OT cyber resilience program across its global manufacturing sites. The role requires leadership, strategic thinking and the ability to communicate complex cyber risks to non-technical stakeholders.

You will report into the OT Cyber Security Governance Manager and partner with Operations, GBS and Digital & Automation teams to embed resilience plans, leveraging IEC 62443, NIST and other industry standards.

Qualifications

• Clear, concise communication to non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to design and embed robust OT cyber processes.
• Proven track record in leading change programmes and interfacing with senior partners.

Responsibilities

• Own and embed the OT cyber resilience strategy aligned with the Governance Strategy.
• Support sites in implementing OT Cyber Resilience plans.
• Develop training and awareness programmes to raise organisational capability.
• Lead site stakeholder engagement across OT Leads to Operations Directors.
• Communicate technical risks and mitigation plans to diverse audiences.
• Secure funding by building compelling business cases and ROI.
• Foster internal and external partnerships to strengthen resilience.
• Leverage industry frameworks and standards to ensure a coherent approach.
• Guide the OT community to meet cybersecurity objectives through engagement.
• Develop and maintain reporting metrics/dashboards to reflect programme effectiveness.
