Job summary

Diageo is seeking an Operational Technology Cyber Resilience Lead to shape the OT cyber resilience programme across our global manufacturing sites. You will own and embed resilience strategies, lead change programmes and partner with Operations, GBS and the Digital & Automation team.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills and a track record in governance, risk management and IT/OT security in industrial environments. Edinburgh Park, with global reach.

Qualifications

• Experience with OT cyber resilience and governance.
• Knowledge of IEC 62443 and NIST standards.
• Proven track record in change management and programme delivery.
• Ability to communicate complex technical risks to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating across global manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities

• Own and embed the OT cyber resilience strategy aligned with governance.
• Support sites in implementing OT resilience plans.
• Develop training and awareness to build organisational capability.
• Lead site stakeholder engagement from OT leads to Operations Directors.
• Communicate technical risks and mitigation plans effectively.
• Develop reporting metrics/dashboards to reflect programme effectiveness.
