Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking a regional sales leader for the UK, including Swindon, to drive revenue and oversee Territory Managers, Clinical Advisors and Customer Success Managers. You will shape regional strategy, forecast demand, and ensure alignment with ClearCorrect initiatives and Straumann’s global mission.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in sales leadership, familiarity with SFDC, and a consultative approach in the Dental/Medical Device market.

Qualifications

• Significant sales/commercial leadership experience (5 years +).
• Ability to extract and interpret data – experience of SFDC an advantage.
• Experience of providing innovative, thought provoking solutions to business issues and a consultative sales approach.
• Experience of Dental/Medical Device market desirable.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with marketing and Head of Ortho regarding market potential within the assigned Region, preparing and implementing sales forecasts as required.
• Identify and develop key relationships within Region, ensuring ClearCorrect is top of mind for each account, growing existing customers and acquiring new customers.
• Supervise and evaluate activities of Territory Managers, Clinical Advisors and Customer Success Managers providing leadership, coaching and feedback.
• Liaise with leadership across the organization to ensure sales objectives are integrated with other parts of the business.
• Interpret, implement and ensure compliance of Sales strategies and ISO 9001 QA practices.
• Review data on Salesforce.com and report issues or opportunities to the Head of Ortho; advise on corrective action.
• Conduct regular meetings to ensure consistent application of company sales strategy with Regional Sales Team.
• Maintain and grow business with customers in the region to promote new techniques and digital workflows.
• Collaborate with HR for leadership, recruitment, development and performance management of direct reports.
• Design, implement and comply with local sales budgets and optimize resources.
• Work with Territory Managers on major prospects and customers to tailor Straumann solutions.
