Job summary

Hospital Innovations seeks a commercially driven Business Development Manager focused on medical devices within orthopaedics or related surgical specialties. You will drive new business with NHS and private clinicians, develop account plans and demonstrate products to surgeons and procurement teams.

The role requires strong relationship-building, excellent communication and a proactive, results-driven approach. Travel within the Yorkshire territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in medical devices, healthcare or medical sales.
• Understanding of NHS structures, procurement pathways, and decision-making processes.
• Experience engaging with surgeons, consultants and clinical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Yorkshire territory, developing detailed account plans.
• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across NHS and private providers.
• Build relationships with surgeons, procurement teams and key decision-makers.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans.
• Grow existing accounts through increased product utilization and portfolio development.
• Deliver product demonstrations and education to clinical stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM.
