Job summary

Hospital Innovations in the UK is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to cover the Yorkshire territory. You will identify and convert new opportunities, build relationships with surgeons and procurement teams, and drive product utilization across NHS and private healthcare sectors.

The role requires proven medical devices or healthcare sales experience, a strong network within orthopedics or related surgical specialties, and a full UK driving license.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in medical devices, healthcare or medical sales, ideally within orthopedics, sports medicine or a related surgical specialty.
• Demonstrable track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets.
• Understanding of NHS structures, procurement pathways, and decision-making processes.
• Experience engaging with surgeons, consultants and clinical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Yorkshire territory, developing detailed account plans.
• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across NHS and private healthcare providers.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, consultants, clinicians, procurement teams and key decision-makers.
• Develop and execute effective territory and account plans.
• Grow existing accounts through increased product utilization, cross-selling and portfolio development.
• Promote the product portfolio through clinical engagement, presentations and product demonstrations.
