BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth in healthcare and assistive technology across the North of England.

You’ll open doors, build relationships and convert opportunities into sustainable revenue, working with NHS, social care and authorities. You’ll own your territory, deliver regional plans, manage a sales pipeline and forecast revenue, supported by experienced technical and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Proven success in field-based B2B business development with sales targets.
• Experience selling complex technology to healthcare, social care, NHS or related sectors.
• Ability to engage senior decision-makers and commissioners.
• Strong commercial awareness including procurement processes and contracts.
• Experience developing territories and managing sales pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Win new business across healthcare and related markets.
• Grow territory with a regional business development plan.
• Build relationships with commissioners and senior decision-makers.
• Sell solutions, not just products, with technical specialists.
• Develop existing accounts and grow revenue.
