Job summary

Powys County Council in Wales is seeking a Training Officer for Organisation Design and Development to support the HR Management and Development leadership and the People Strategy. You will help improve workforce performance through engaging learning activities and digital content.

You will deliver training across services, both face to face and digitally, and work with partner organisations on joint training initiatives, translating learning needs into practical programmes and materials.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership and management.
• Passionate about teaching, learning and developing individuals’ skills.
• Proactive, tech-savvy and able to translate learning needs into engaging digital content.
• Confident leading groups in person.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training to staff across all services, both face to face and through digital platforms.
• Deliver a suite of training courses.
• Work with partnership organisations on the design, facilitation and delivery of joint initiatives.
