Job summary

Ceredigion County Council is seeking a Learning and Development professional to join the North and Mid Wales Trunk Road Agent (NMWTRA) team. You will work closely with the Business Development and Support Manager to shape the agents' training requirements and manage the training database.

You will develop learning programmes, support recruitment, oversee training budgets and providers, and ensure staff have the skills, qualifications and competencies needed to succeed.
