Job summary

Cardiff Council’s Education Catering Service is seeking a Training and Development Officer to design and deliver a comprehensive training program for staff across 115 schools. You will coordinate courses, ensure compliance with food safety and nutrition standards, and contribute to menu development while maintaining training records for audits.

The role requires proactive delivery of training materials in various formats, strong IT skills, and the ability to work independently and with teams.
