Job summary

Radis Community Care is seeking an experienced HR professional to support a major organisational transformation programme. You will work with managers and the People Team to design structures, prepare consultation materials and manage redeployment with a focus on fair and compliant processes.

The role involves drafting role profiles, mapping roles, coordinating consultation, and ensuring changes are implemented smoothly. CIPD Level 5 is desirable.

Qualifications

• This role requires strong HR experience in organisational change or restructuring.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and consultation processes is preferred.
• Experience supporting complex employee relations matters is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support organisational change and restructuring projects.
• Draft role profiles, person specifications and organisation charts.
• Conduct job mapping and role analysis.
• Prepare consultation documentation and manager guidance.
• Support collective and individual consultation processes.
• Assist with redundancy and redeployment activities.
• Maintain accurate project records and workforce data.
• Collaborate with managers, Payroll and Finance to deliver change.
