Job summary

Radis Community Care is seeking an experienced HR professional to support a major organisational transformation programme. You will work with managers and the People Team to design structures, prepare consultation materials and manage redeployment with a focus on fair and compliant processes.

The role involves drafting role profiles, mapping roles, coordinating consultation, and ensuring changes are implemented smoothly. CIPD Level 5 is desirable.

Qualifications

• This role requires strong HR experience in organisational change or restructuring.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and consultation processes is preferred.
• Experience supporting complex employee relations matters is desirable.

Job description

We're looking for an experienced HR professional to support a major organisational transformation programme at Radis Community Care.

Working closely with managers and the People Team, you'll provide specialist support across organisation design, consultation, restructuring, redundancy and redeployment activities. You'll help develop new structures, prepare consultation documentation, coordinate project activity and ensure changes are implemented fairly, legally and consistently.

6-Month Fixed Term Contract (Initially)
