Job summary

Radis Community Care is seeking an experienced HR professional to support a major organisational transformation programme. You will work with managers and the People Team to provide specialist support across organisation design, consultation, restructuring, redundancy and redeployment activities, helping develop new structures and ensure changes are implemented fairly, legally and consistently.

The role focuses on drafting role profiles, coordinating project activity, and maintaining workforce

Qualifications

• Strong HR experience in organisational change or restructuring.
• Knowledge of UK employment law, consultation and redundancy processes.
• Experience handling complex employee relations matters.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Working closely with managers and the People Team, you'll provide specialist support across organisation design, consultation, restructuring, redundancy and redeployment activities. You'll help develop new structures, prepare consultation documentation, coordinate project activity and ensure changes are implemented fairly, legally and consistently.

6-Month Fixed Term Contract (Initially)

What we're looking for

• Strong HR experience, ideally within organisational change or restructuring
• Knowledge of UK employment law, consultation and redundancy processes
• Experience supporting complex employee relations matters
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• CIPD Level 5 (desirable)
