Job summary

Radis Community Care is seeking an experienced HR professional to support an organisational transformation programme. You will work with the People Team and managers on organisation design, consultation, restructuring, redundancy and redeployment activities to implement changes fairly and legally.

Qualifications

• Strong HR experience in change or restructuring.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and redundancy processes.
• Experience handling complex employee relations matters.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
