Job summary

Radis Community Care is seeking an experienced HR professional to support an organisational transformation programme. You will work with the People Team and managers on organisation design, consultation, restructuring, redundancy and redeployment activities to implement changes fairly and legally.

Job description

We're looking for an experienced HR professional to support a major organisational transformation programme at Radis Community Care.

Working closely with managers and the People Team, you'll provide specialist support across organisation design, consultation, restructuring, redundancy and redeployment activities. You'll help develop new structures, prepare consultation documentation, coordinate project activity and ensure changes are implemented fairly, legally and consistently.

6-Month Fixed Term Contract (Initially)

What you'll be doing

• Supporting organisational change and restructuring projects
• Drafting role profiles, person specifications and organisation charts
• Conducting job mapping and role analysis
• Preparing consultation documentation and manager guidance
• Supporting collective and individual consultation processes
• Assisting with redundancy and redeployment activities
• Maintaining accurate project records and workforce data
• Working with managers, Payroll and Finance to deliver change successfully

What we're looking for

• Strong HR experience, ideally within organisational change or restructuring
• Knowledge of UK employment law, consultation and redundancy processes
• Experience supporting complex employee relations matters
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• CIPD Level 5 (desirable)
