CO Manufacturing Limited, Wakefield, is seeking an Order Processor to accurately process orders and quotes using Window Designer and Roofwright. You will reprocess any incorrect orders and work closely with dealers, suppliers and internal teams to maintain smooth delivery schedules.

The successful candidate will bring prior sales order processing experience in fenestration or building products, strong customer service skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Prior experience in sales order processing, ideally in fenestration or building products.
• Knowledge of Window Designer or Roofwright is a plus.
• Strong customer service and proactive problem-solving.
• Willingness to undertake additional training.

Mansioni

• Accurately process orders and quotes from dealerships using the bespoke system, Window Designer, and Roofwright.
• Reprocess incorrect orders, including necessary parts such as glazing.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including dealers, suppliers, and departments.
• Continuously develop product knowledge to enhance customer support.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
• Ensure orders are processed in line with customer expectations and delivery schedules.
• Make informed decisions to meet customer needs, especially for urgent orders.
• Maintain quality service standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Ensure adherence to internal processes for reporting and rectifying quality concerns.

About the Role

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in sales order processing role, ideally in Fenestration, building, or roofing industry
• Knowledge or experience of using window designer, roofwright or any other industry specific software would be an advantage.
• Strong customer service skills with a proactive approach to exceeding expectations.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to undertake further training and implement learning in daily tasks.
