Job summary

CO Manufacturing is seeking an organized order processor to accurately manage quotes and orders from dealerships using Window Designer and Roofwright. You will reprocess incorrect orders, coordinate with dealers, suppliers and internal teams, and continually improve knowledge to support customers.

Based in Wakefield, you will join a team focused on delivering high-quality products and timely service, with training opportunities and a commitment to professional growth within the Conservatory

Qualifications

• Experience in sales order processing, preferably in fenestration, building or roofing.
• Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach.
• Willingness to undertake training and apply learning to daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process orders and quotes from dealerships using Window Designer and Roofwright.
• Reprocess incorrect orders and include necessary parts such as glazing.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including dealers, suppliers and departments.
• Continuously develop product knowledge to support customers.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
• Ensure orders align with customer expectations and delivery schedules.
• Make informed decisions to meet urgent customer needs.
• Maintain quality service standards and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Ensure adherence to internal processes for reporting and rectifying quality concerns.

About The Role

We are looking for an individual to join our team to accurately process orders and quotations with precision and accuracy whilst maintaining an excellent processing speed.

• Accurately process orders and quotes from dealerships using the bespoke system, Window Designer, and Roofwright.
• Reprocess incorrect orders, including necessary parts such as glazing.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including dealers, suppliers, and departments.
• Continuously develop product knowledge to enhance customer support.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
• Ensure orders are processed in line with customer expectations and delivery schedules.
• Make informed decisions to meet customer needs, especially for urgent orders.
• Maintain quality service standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Ensure adherence to internal processes for reporting and rectifying quality concerns.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in sales order processing role, ideally in Fenestration, building, or roofing industry
• Knowledge or experience of using window designer, roofwright or any other industry specific software would be an advantage.
• Strong customer service skills with a proactive approach to exceeding expectations.
• Effective problem:solving and decision:making abilities.
• Willingness to undertake further training and implement learning in daily tasks.
