Job summary

ASM Technologies Limited is seeking an organised, customer-focused Order Fulfilment Specialist to join our Operations team in the Northwich area. You will manage orders end-to-end, liaise with suppliers and customers, and ensure on-time delivery with accuracy and great service.

Ideal candidates have experience in order fulfilment, customer service, or related operations, plus strong communication, attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in order fulfilment, customer service or related operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders.
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to meet delivery timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Expedite purchase orders with suppliers and chase outstanding orders.
• Liaise with suppliers via phone, email and portals for updates and delivery dates.
• Monitor commitments and escalate delays where needed.
• Provide customers and internal teams with accurate order updates and delivery estimates.
• Resolve customer enquiries and order-related issues promptly.
• Handle POD documentation and shipment tracking.
• Process goods receipts and customer invoices in the ERP system.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and support month-end invoicing.
• Monitor automated order workflows and resolve system exceptions.
• Maintain accurate master data for customers, suppliers and orders.
• Support process improvements and automation opportunities.
