Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transport schedules and driver routes.
• Handle incoming calls and emails from customers; provide updates on orders and deliveries.
• Input and process customer orders; check stock availability and liaise with internal teams.
• Raise invoices and maintain accurate system records.
