Job summary

Seton UK, a Brady company, is seeking a Customer Service - Order Entry professional to provide first class service through websites and email while ensuring data accuracy. You will process orders, question customers to resolve queries, and work with the Quotes & Solutions team to identify up-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Operational experience in sales or customer service or contact centre.
• Computer literate with MS Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• SAP knowledge and Email Management System experience preferred, training can be given.

Responsibilities

• Process orders received via websites and email through Freshdesk.
• Maintain data accuracy to support business objectives and KPIs.
• Promote Seton products and services to maximise sales opportunities.
• Identify up-sell / cross-sell opportunities with the Quotes & Solutions team.
• Verify and correct customer master data in business systems to achieve >95% accuracy.
• Provide backup and support for other contact centre roles as required.
