Job summary

Seton UK, a Brady company, is seeking a Customer Service - Order Entry professional to handle orders and inquiries with accuracy and speed, across websites and email channels. You will learn products and use our systems to ensure data integrity and timely responses.

In this role you will promote Seton products, process orders, identify upsell opportunities with the Quotes & Solutions team, and support other contact centre functions while driving KPI targets and delivering excellent service to

Qualifications

• Operational experience in a busy customer service or contact centre.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• SAP knowledge and experience with email management systems preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer contacts via websites and email using Freshdesk.
• Work to the highest level of accuracy to keep KPI targets in sight.
• Promote Seton products and services to exceed customer requirements and maximise sales.
• Process orders and identify up-sell / cross-sell opportunities with the Quotes & Solutions team.
• Verify and correct customer master data in business systems to support data accuracy goals.
• Build knowledge of the business to identify new opportunities.
• Deliver high standards to improve Customer Lifetime Value and Net Promoter Score.
• Provide backup and support for other Contact Centre roles as required.
• Aim for KPI achievement at individual, team and business levels, and represent Seton UK professionally.
