Job summary

Kingdom Services Group is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our manufacturing client on a permanent basis. You will be the main link between customers and internal teams, taking ownership of enquiries and ensuring orders progress smoothly from start to finish.

You will act as the point of contact for customers placing and progressing orders, coordinating with Production to track status and communicate requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous Customer Service or client relationship experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for customers when placing and progressing orders.
• Work with Production to track order status and communicate requirements.
• Provide proactive updates on current orders and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate stock replenishment and liaise with couriers when required.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information.
