Kingdom Services Group is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our manufacturing client on a permanent basis. You will be the main link between customers and internal teams, taking ownership of enquiries and ensuring orders progress smoothly from start to finish.

As the Customer Service Executive, you'll act as the main point of contact for customers when placing and progressing orders.
You'll work closely with the Production team to understand where orders are within the manufacturing process, communicate customer requirements and make sure potential shortages or delays are identified.
A big part of the role is communication. Customers need to know what's happening with their orders, so you'll be expected to provide proactive and regular updates rather than waiting for them to chase.
Alongside customer service, you'll support the day-to-day administration required to keep orders, schedules and stock requirements moving.
Previous experience within manufacturing, engineering, production or supply chain would be particularly useful, although the JD does not state this as essential.
