Job summary

CNC Recruitment Limited is seeking a proactive Customer Relations Manager for our client’s Production Support team in the UK. You will manage orders from placement to delivery, coordinate production progress, and maintain strong customer relationships to meet delivery commitments.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced CNC manufacturing setting. Collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage allocated customer orders and day-to-day requirements, ensuring progress aligns with delivery schedules.

• Build strong relationships and promote the company’s capabilities and services.
• Identify and resolve delays or changes to customer requirements in a professional manner.
• Provide reporting and support continuous improvement of delivery performance.
