Kurt J. Lesker Company Ltd in Hastings is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to support the inside sales team. You will manage the end-to-end order process, ensure data accuracy, and keep European customers informed with timely updates.

This fast-paced role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset. The position is full-time and based at our Hastings office, with 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales administration role is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Accuracy in data handling and order processing.
• Confident using MS Office and familiar with CRM/ERP systems.
• Independent and able to work within a team.
• Self-motivated and able to meet departmental KPIs under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Inputting and processing sales orders in the ERP system.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all orders.
• Inform customers about key order status changes and delivery schedules.
• Resolve customer issues and enquiries.
• Provide administration support to the sales team.
• Collaborate to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assist with contract reviews with compliance.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Finance on returns and rebills.
• Liaise with departments to support operations.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
