Qualifications

• Experience in picking and processing online orders is preferred.
• Proactive stock checks and discrepancy investigations.
• Good communication with internal departments and shop-floor teams.

Responsibilities

• Picking, quality checking and processing KG and Harrods Direct customer orders.
• Operating IT systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Internal stock management and investigating stock discrepancies.
• Database handling and data entry activities.
• Communicating with other departments via email and telephone.
• Liaising with shop-floor staff and management team.
• Demonstrating teamwork and willingness to cover weekend shifts when required.
