Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a strategic Head of Oracle Service Delivery Management to lead our Enterprise Applications ASPIRE MSP. You will guide a team of Service Delivery Managers, drive customer success, and shape service strategy across SaaS, E-Business Suite, JD Edwards and PeopleSoft environments.

You’ll influence governance, client relationships and commercial outcomes while delivering innovative improvements and high-value Oracle services.

Qualifications

• Proven service management leader with experience in a managed services environment.
• Track record of delivering outstanding customer outcomes.
• Experience shaping service strategy and governance across large accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Service Delivery Managers.
• Drive customer outcomes, retention and satisfaction across strategic accounts.
• Shape and evolve service management strategy across Enterprise Applications MSPs.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders and build long-term partnerships.
• Own governance, operational performance and service excellence across the practice.
• Lead continual service improvement, automation and innovation initiatives.
• Partner with Sales and Delivery to identify growth opportunities and maximise account value.
• Support bids, renewals and service transitions to ensure scalable delivery.
• Maintain accountability for commercial performance, forecasting accuracy and profitability.
