Job summary

Version 1 in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Head of Oracle Service Delivery Management to own the Service Delivery Management function within our Enterprise Applications ASPIRE Managed Services business.

You will lead a team of Service Delivery Managers, shape service strategy, and drive customer success across Oracle investments spanning SaaS, E-Business Suite, JD Edwards and PeopleSoft environments.

Qualifications

• You'll lead a team of Service Delivery Managers in a managed services setting.
• Strong stakeholder relationships and customer outcomes are essential.
• Commercial oversight including revenue, forecasting and profitability is required.
• Experience with Oracle SaaS, EBS, JD Edwards or PeopleSoft is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Service Delivery Managers.
• Drive customer outcomes, retention and satisfaction across strategic accounts.
• Shape and evolve service management strategy across Enterprise Applications MSP.
• Build long-term partnerships with senior customer stakeholders.
• Own governance, performance and service excellence across the practice.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and innovation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales and Delivery to identify growth opportunities.
• Support bids, renewals and service transitions with scalable delivery.
• Ensure forecasting accuracy and profitability.
