Capgemini Invent in the UK is seeking a Managing Consultant for Oracle HR Transformation to deliver transformative HR solutions for clients. Leverage your Oracle HCM Cloud and HR transformation expertise to guide clients through complex digital transformations, aligned with HR policy and strategic goals.

You will lead readiness, gather requirements, shape designs, and contribute to business development while mentoring junior consultants in a collaborative Employee Experience & HR team

Qualifications

• Experience in full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations (Core HR, Talent, Payroll) with advisory focus.
• Strong enterprise cloud solution design and delivery knowledge.
• Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background.
• SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain (required for government projects).

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on HR, Oracle and industry best practices and operating models.
• Leading and coordinating activities in readiness for and during the implementation of Oracle HCM, from a business and HR perspective.
• Gathering requirements, shaping solution design and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to practice development.
