Job summary

Next Ventures is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Solution Architect to lead design and business engagement across Oracle HCM. This client-facing role requires strong knowledge of Oracle HCM business processes, UK legislation, and module interactions.

The role is architecture-focused, not hands-on configuration. You will lead workshops with senior stakeholders, translate requirements into Oracle HCM solutions, and guide the wider team through design, testing and implementation phases while

Qualifications

• Experience leading Oracle HCM solution architectures.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Core HR and UK legislation.
• Familiarity with Absence Management and Time and Labor.
• Ability to translate business needs into Oracle HCM designs.
• Experience running workshops with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the Solution Architecture across Oracle HCM areas.
• Engage business stakeholders to understand current and future requirements.
• Design Oracle HCM business processes for the Oracle Cloud platform.
• Ensure integration between Core HR, Absence, OTL, and Payroll.
• Lead solutioning discussions and client workshops.
• Provide architectural guidance to the HCM team.
• Ensure solutions align with UK legislation and client needs.
• Support design, testing and implementation phases as required.
• Act as trusted advisor with clear communications.
