Job summary

Infosys Consulting in London seeks a Change & Engagement Lead to drive organisational readiness, stakeholder engagement, user adoption and governance across a large Oracle HCM transformation project. You will partner with client organisations to ensure successful adoption of new processes and ways of working while supporting delivery, training and go-live readiness.

The role acts as the primary change partner for assigned organisations, helping them prepare for and embed new operating models

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading business change and organisational readiness in large transformation programmes.
• Experience across multiple organisations or deployment waves with competing priorities.
• Strong experience implementing Oracle HCM, cloud HR, HRIS or ERP systems.
• Experience partnering with public sector / client organisations to provide advisory services.
• Ability to translate requirements into practical, business-focused actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement and relationship management with senior business stakeholders.
• Support governance forums, governance artefacts, RAID logs, readiness assessments and decision-making materials.
• Drive readiness, adoption, and benefits realisation through change plans and communication strategies.
• Map and redesign business processes; support policy and operating model changes.
• Coordinate go-live readiness, hypercare, and post-deployment stabilisation; capture lessons learned.
