Job summary

KPMG is seeking an Oracle HCM Consultant - Manager to join the Powered Enterprise function. The role will lead end-to-end Oracle HCM cloud transformations for UK clients, coordinating offshore delivery and senior stakeholder workshops.

Based UK wide with core hubs in London, Manchester, Birmingham and Leeds, you’ll drive business process change in HR, payroll and benefits modules, develop client relationships and support pre-sales activities.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing at least one Oracle HCM cloud module.
• Expertise in Compensation & Benefits or Payroll modules.
• Background as a Functional Consultant advising on HR process changes.
• Demonstrable experience leading client meetings and workshops.
• End-to-end delivery of workstreams including offshore teams.
• Consultancy background with pre-sales exposure.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end solutions using best industry practices within Oracle HCM.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of workstreams and manage offshore delivery.
• Lead client-facing meetings and workshops with large client groups.
• Design, configure and test modules or processes for successful deployment.
• Build lasting client relationships and expand project experience.
