Job summary

Infosys in the United Kingdom seeks a Principal Consultant to lead Deployment & Governance for Oracle Fusion HCM programs across UK client organisations. You will drive readiness, cutover, testing and adoption, and mentor senior readiness leads to ensure successful go-lives.

You will oversee deployment waves, manage escalations, and deliver consolidated governance reporting while shaping an effective transition to business-as-usual operations across multiple stakeholder groups.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years of experience as a project manager.
• Excellent planner for release planning and delivery sequencing.
• Experience deploying workforce, HR, payroll or enterprise cloud solutions.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM and related processes.
• UK Public Sector transformation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment readiness governance across waves and user organisations.
• Directly manage Senior Readiness Leads and deployment leads.
• Develop and maintain deployment roadmaps and milestones.
• Coordinate testing governance and go-live readiness.
• Drive adoption, training, benefits realisation and transition to BAU.
• Consolidate reporting for programme governance and escalations.
