Job summary

Akkodis is seeking an Oracle HCM Transformation Lead to drive large-scale HR transformation programmes across a diverse client portfolio in the UK. This leadership role combines deep HR knowledge with Oracle Fusion HCM expertise to shape, design and deliver modernised operating models and technology landscapes.

You will own end-to-end HCM workstreams, manage cross-functional teams, engage with senior stakeholders, and contribute to business development through solution shaping and proposals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Oracle HCM implementations or transformations in a consulting environment.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules and HR operating models.
• Experience engaging with senior HR leadership and multiple industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle HCM transformation workstreams across full project lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle HCM solutions.
• Drive solution design across core HCM modules.
• Manage functional consultants and delivery teams.
• Support governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
• Contribute to business development, including pre-sales and proposals.
