ABM UK is hiring an HRIS Analyst to administer and optimise Oracle Fusion HCM across core HR, absence, performance, talent and recruitment. You will ensure data integrity, support HR users, and produce reports for stakeholders in the UK & Ireland.

The role requires experience with UAT, data governance and UK GDPR compliance, with hybrid working from Heathrow and collaboration with IT and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with HR systems (Oracle HCM) and HR data processing.
• Experience with UAT, releases and testing cycles.
• Knowledge of UK & Ireland GDPR and data protection principles.
• Bulk uploads and data changes using HR tools (e.g., HSDL).

Responsabilités

• Administer and configure Oracle Fusion HCM across Core HR, Absence, Performance, Talent and Recruitment.
• Maintain data integrity, audit trails and system documentation.
• Provide user support and guidance to HR/users; troubleshoot issues.
• Create HR reports/dashboards using OTBI and other tools.
• Collaborate with IT and external vendors on enhancements and upgrades.
