Job summary

Liberty Blume is recruiting a People Systems HR Systems Specialist in Bradford to support HR systems platforms across our Shared Services Centre. You will work with HR and payroll teams to resolve system queries, manage incidents, and drive change requests while ensuring governance, compliance, and reporting.

Occasional travel within the UK is required. We seek candidates with experience in Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, and handling large sensitive people data, with strong stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Experience in HR systems support or analyst roles.
• Understanding of end-to-end HR processes.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS.
• Experience handling large, sensitive people data.
• Ability to manage workload and priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer service.
• Proficient in data reporting and data manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to HR systems queries and drive resolutions with HR & Oracle teams.
• Manage incidents queue and ensure timely responses within SLAs.
• Generate business requirements and review solution designs with Oracle HCM.
• Provide guidance on Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS modules.
