Job summary

ABM is seeking an HRIS Analyst to administer and optimise Oracle Fusion HCM across UK & Ireland, ensuring data integrity and compliant reporting. You will collaborate with the HR Manager – Compliance, Systems & Process Improvement and the Data & BI Analyst to maintain robust HR systems and efficient processes.

Responsibilities include system administration, data governance, reporting (OTBI), UAT support, and user enablement.

Qualifications

Solid experience with HR systems (e.g., Oracle HCM)
Understanding of HR processes (onboarding, lifecycle, performance, absence)
Ability to analyse HR data and propose improvements
Experience supporting system testing, UAT and release activities
Perform BULK Uploads using HSDL

Responsibilities

Act as HRIS expert for Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Performance, Talent, Recruitment)
Configure workflows, approvals and business rules in Fusion HCM
Support data uploads, changes and quarterly system updates; coordinate UAT
Own HR data integrity and build/maintain HR reports (OTBI)
Ensure GDPR compliance and audit readiness; create user guides and train users
