Infosys is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Technology Architect to lead Data Conversion projects in the UK public sector, focusing on HDL and BIP for Core HR, Absence, and Payroll. You will guide implementation and support across modules, ensuring accurate data migrations and robust reporting.

The role requires deep knowledge of UK payroll, pension and absence workflows, with hands-on experience in Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM implementation experience for UK
• Proficient in UK Payroll, Pension and Absence processes
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud for UK public sector
• Knowledge of HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, Payroll Batch Loader
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse audiences
• Experience leading data integrations, migrations and reports
• Knowledge of SDLC lifecycle

Responsabilités

• Lead and implement Oracle Fusion HCM across Absence, Core HR and Payroll for UK clients
• Demonstrate expert proficiency in UK Payroll, Pension and Absence processes
• Apply hands-on Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud experience for the UK public sector
• Conduct system integration testing, support UAT and Payroll Parallel Reconciliation
• Utilize HCM tools such as HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, Payroll Batch Loader
• Discuss integrations, data migrations, and reports with customer teams
• Lead discussions through SDLC with pilots, training, and content preparation
