Nub News is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Architect to implement and support Absence and Payroll modules for UK public sector clients. The role requires expertise in UK payroll processes and Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud, guiding projects through the SDLC and communicating complex solutions clearly.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM for UK Absence and Payroll.
• Proficient in UK Payroll, Pension and Absence processes.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud in UK Public sector.
• Experience with HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, Payroll Batch Loader.
• Ability to explain complex tech solutions to diverse audiences.
• Experience leading SDLC and client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM Absence, Time and Labor, and Payroll for UK clients.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of UK Payroll, Pension, Absence processes.
• Apply Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud in UK Public sector.
• Perform System Integration Testing, support UAT and Payroll Parallel Reconciliation.
• Discuss integrations, data migrations, and reporting across modules with clients.
• Guide projects through SDLC and deliver top system performance.
