The ELLIS Group Architects Pty is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Lead for a major transformation programme, focused on Oracle Learning Cloud. You will lead HCM design, implementation, and delivery, collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful outcomes across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Oracle Cloud HCM Lead or Senior Oracle HCM Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC), including implementation and configuration.
• Strong understanding of HCM business processes, testing, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills across business and technical teams.
