Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Oracle Cloud HCM Lead or Senior Oracle HCM Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC), including implementation and configuration.
• Strong understanding of HCM business processes, testing, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, with a focus on Oracle Learning Cloud.
• Manage end-to-end Oracle Learning Cloud activities, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Lead testing, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Provide functional leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring delivery against programme objectives and timelines.
