Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Associate Manager to lead workstreams designing and delivering Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for cross-industry organisations, including government. You will broaden leadership, application and consulting skills within a supportive environment, collaborate as a key member of the UK Oracle team and develop credibility with client stakeholders.

London, Manchester or Birmingham with ad hoc UK travel.

Qualifications

• Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience, including workstream lead for at least 1 module.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM setup and HR business processes.
• Certified in 1 Oracle Module.
• Experience with data migration.
• Knowledge of integration touchpoints (e.g. HCM).
• Understanding HR processes and challenges.
• Great communication and client-facing skills.
