Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Associate Manager to lead workstreams and deliver Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for cross‑industry organisations, including government. This role requires strong client-facing skills and deep knowledge of HR processes.

You will collaborate with the UK Oracle team, develop relationships with stakeholders, and contribute to delivery across client sites in the UK, with ad hoc travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience, including workstream lead for at least 1 module.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM setup and HR Business processes
• Certified in 1 Oracle Module
• Experience of critical data required for data migration
• Strong knowledge of typical integration touchpoints, e.g. HCM
• Understanding HR processes and challenges.
• Great communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities
